About the seminar: This business seminar will answer following questions:

  • How are companies putting the customer first, when developing (digital) products through the use of research and data, being as inclusive as possible? Some examples are customer journey mapping and user centered design.
  • How are teams working together to reach success? You will learn more about Agile way of working, A/B testing,….
  • How to reach business goals through prioritization?

About the speaker: Stijn Reyntiens started his career as a regional journalist for ‘Het Nieuwsblad’, followed by 5 years as market researcher at University Ghent and Proximus. At FedEx he worked as senior marketing lead within the Digital and Product marketing team, before moving to his current position of manager within the Digital team. He has a strong interest in people, product and digital development.
