Over the seminar:

Are you ready to distinguish yourself and gain a head start in your professional future? Then register for our unique seminar, where you and your fellow students will work together to discuss and develop essential soft skills!

We will start the evening with a short inspiring plenary session in which we will examine the importance of soft skills. Why are professional behavior, respect for others and open communication crucial to your success? Let's discover it together!

After this introduction, you will be divided into small groups and you will actively work on three important themes:

- Professional behavior and appearance: What does it mean to come across as professional and how do you radiate that in your daily life?

- Respect for others and your environment: How do you ensure a respectful and inclusive environment that gives everyone the space to grow?

- Open communication: How do you communicate in a clear, honest and constructive way?

In each room, a teacher will guide you through reflection questions and challenging discussions. In this way, you will work together with your group on a code of conduct that has been created by you and your fellow students and that applies both inside and outside the school.

This seminar offers you the unique opportunity to not only learn about the importance of professional behavior, but also to experience directly in practice how these soft skills can help you move forward in the world.
